Swaim-Staley to Leave Transportation Post

Beverley Swaim-Staley, the first woman to lead the Maryland Department of Transportation, is leaving the post, .

Swaim-Staley served as budget director for former county executive Douglas Duncan before she was tapped to lead the transportation department.

The Gazette reported she has no immediate plans.
