50+ Employment Expo (Helping Seniors Thrive): This event is sponsored by the Jewish Council for Aging, Montgomery County, COmcast, The Beacon Newspaper, WJLA-ABC 7, Rockville Economic Development, Inc., Senior Community Service Employment Program, Senior Service America and Montgomery Works.
In addition, the 50+ Employment Expo, will have a series of ongoing seminars for attendees on various job search topics, an internet cafe, two resume reviewing rooms as well as community resources. The event's keynote speaker is Bob Ryan, Lead Meteorologist on WJLA Channel 7.
The 50+ Employment Expo is free to job seekers and easily accesible to the White Flint Metro station across from the Marriott Conference Center.
