Distinguished panel members will include Maryland House Ways and Means Committee Chair Sheila Hixson, Maryland Senate Delegation Chair Jamie Raskin, House Delegation Chair Brian Feldman, elected leadership from the Montgomery County Council and Montgomery County Board of Education, and representatives from the Maryland Association of Boards of Education and Maryland Association
of Counties.
