Expectations for this season: “Our goal is to win every game. If you take any approach otherwise, you’re not doing your team or yourself any justice,” Rabberman said. “We need to take it one year at a time, and win our next game, win our next inning. We have a lot of returning guys coming back, and I think the guys really put a lot of work in the offseason. I think we can be very, very good.”
WOMEN’S LACROSSE
Coach: Edward Maloney
Last Year’s results: The Trojans finished last season with a 3-10 record, and they lost in the first round of the MPSSAA Regional Playoffs to Northwest High School, 17-9.
Key returning players: Alexandria Roth (senior, attack); Rachel Billon (senior, defense); Yasmin Reed (junior, attack).
Expectations for this season: “The team’s expectations are to be better than we were last year,” Maloney said. “We’ve been working pretty hard since last season ended doing the things we needed to do. The girls have been playing on Select teams, Club teams, they played in the winter, and they worked out pretty heavily in the offseason.”
