NBC Olympics TV Schedule for Tuesday, Aug. 7

Another day, another 24 medal events at London's 2012 Summer Olympics.

Time Events 10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Track and Field | Qualifying Round: Men's 110m hurdles and 200m and women's 5000m; Team USA includes Jason Richardson (110m hurdles), Wallace Spearmon (200m) and Julie Culley (5000m). 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Women's Water Polo | Semifinal Match: United States at Australia – U.S. remains unbeaten after beating Italy, 9-6, in the quarterfinals, as Maggie Steffens scored three in the win; Australia advanced with a 4-2 win over China. 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. TBD 12:00 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. Women's Track Cycling | Omnium Time Trial: Coverage of the women's time trials in the omnium, which is a multiple race event in track cycling; U.S. team features 11 athletes, including Sarah Hammer. 12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Track and Field | Qualifying rounds: Qualifying rounds of the women's 5000m along with the men's 200m and 110m hurdles competition; U.S. team includes Olympic newcomer Molly Huddle. 1:00 p.m. - 1:15 p.m. TBD 1:15 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Men's Diving | 3m Springboard Semifinal: Men's 3m springboard semifinals; He Chong of China, who captured the gold medal at the 2008 Olympics, is a gold-medal favorite after winning the 2011 Worlds. 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Women's Volleyball | Quarterfinal Match: United States at Dominican Republic – U.S. remains unbeaten and is vying for its first Olympic gold medal in women's volleyball; Dominican Republic is led by 33-year old Milagros Cabrel de la Cruz.
4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Men's Beach Volleyball | Semifinal: Quarterfinal winners clash with a berth in the gold medal match on the line; best two-out-of-three sets, and a team must win by at least a two-point margin.
7:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Olympic Zone Show | The local athletes from Washington, D.C. competing in the Summer Olympics in London are featured, showcasing how they have fared leading up to the games. 8:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Men's and Women's Gymnastics, Track and Field, Women's Beach Volleyball | Coverage includes men's and women's individual gymnastics finals, track and field finals, as well as women's beach volleyball semifinal competition.
