Gaithersburg city council members visited the park for it's grand re-opening and were impressed by what it had to offer.

Joining the Water Park at Bohrer Park in the top three was the Chesapeake Water Park in Chesapeake, MD, and Waterworks at Kings Dominion in Doswell, VA.
