Notebooks and Pencils: Not Just for Back-To-School

The City is sponsoring a mid-year supply drive.

While most school supplies are traditionally bought just before the new academic year begins, students often run out and need to replenish them throughout the year.

That's why the Gaithersburg Educational Enrichment Committee, along with the Community Services department, is sponsoring an end-of-the-year school supply drive.

The drive is part of the Gaithersburg Recognizing Educational Achievement Today programs (GREAT).
