Local Artists Showcased in Weekend Exhibition

Back for its 40th year, the Annual Art, Craft and Photography Show is this weekend at the North Creek Community Center.

Montgomery Village Foundation Department of Recreation Parks and Culture, in partnership with the Gaithersburg Fine Arts Association, presents the 40th annual Art, Craft and Photography Show.

Exhibition hours are scheduled from 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 8, and Sunday, March 9, at North Creek Community Center, 20125 Arrowhead Road in Montgomery Village. An artists’ reception is planned for 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 9.

Registration forms are available at the MVF Office, 10120 Apple Ridge Road, or can be downloaded at www.montgomeryvillage.com.

There is a limit of four entries per artist and the registration fee is $2 per entry. All artwork must be mounted and ready to hang prior to registration. Entries with tape, string, fishing line, etc. will not be accepted. Works may not exceed 28” in any direction. Judging categories, age groups and other information is available at www.montgomeryvillage.com.
