Worst experience yet! I've never been treated so rudely in my entire life!!!!!!!
I decided to call for a delivery order tonight. To my dismay, the person who received the call was rather angry and rude. When I requested a manager, he simply said no. Then I asked to speak with someone else who would be more willing to take my money and he said he's the only one there (!!!) He was a very angry young-sounding man & said to me, "We will not be taking your order." (!!!!) When I called back, not believing that this person had just hung up, but that we were disconnected, you know, giving him the benefit of the doubt? He refused to pick up the phone. I called again (was very hungry at this point) only to have a woman with a very heavy accent try her darnedest to help me, but asked the same man who was supposed to take orders to take the phone, which he refused & said for her to take a message and that he is not speaking to me!! I never thought I'd see the day when someone refused money, but here I am with Burma Road making a lasting & nasty first impression on me. Well, I will proceed to take my business elsewhere, especially as there is so much competition for Chinese Food restaurants in the area, I'm flabbergasted that the arrogance of this restaurant staffer. I, obviously, will never call nor patronize in any way this "joint" and will go out of my way to discourage folks I know from patronizing them as well. APPRECIATE YOUR CUSTOMERS as THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!! Business 101.

We've eaten there often over the past several years and had take-out as well. We've NEVER encountered the boorish behavior of which Ms. Beedmeier complains. Same for a number of our friends and neighbors. This makes one wonder with what attitude she placed her order....
