Firstly, this place smells and looks nothing like a bakery. I seems more like an indian restaurant moonlighting as a bakery. Never the less, I placed an order 2 weeks in advance to have 30 cupcakes and 1 small cake to be made for my son's birthday. On the day of pick-up, I arrived on right time to collect the cakes and I was told to give them 5 minutes more - I was already on tight schedule between collecting the cakes and getting to the party location. After about 15 mins, they brought my cakes out and they looked nothing like what they were supposed to look like. The frosting (which was supposed to be the faces of the characters from the kids TV show Yo Gabba Gabba) was sloppily done. Some faces were missing eyes, some where missing mouths and it looked like a 5 year old child did it in 5 mins. I was absoutely horrified! The cake was equally sloppy. The "Happy Birthday" on the cake was written very small and in awful handwriting - it was almost illegible. The design on the cake also looked nothing like what was discussed. For both the cupcakes and the cake, the icing was suppose to be fondant and I got whipped cream. And I ordered chocolate mousse cake and I got vanilla. This was absolutely horrible service! For the price I paid and the amount of time they had, this was unacceptable. I will never patronize this place again!
