Lakeforest Sport & Health is a multi-level fitness complex off Russell Avenue. The upstairs has a wide-open power lifting area with 40+ machines and free weights, while the fully stocked cardio room is complete with hanging LCD TVs for your entertainment during an elliptical/treadmill grind. The downstairs features seven wood-lined raquetball courts, a three-lane pool, and a spacious fitness studio that hosts classes in everything yoga to martial arts.
