Do NOT Waste Your Time!
Have had three interactions total between myself, Carducci and Associates and Lens Crafters. First off, there’s a Grand Canyon-sized disconnect between the two! They did not get my prescription right, were at a loss each time as to how to fix it, there was argument between the optometrist and the Lens Crafters staff in front of me, they acted like they were doing me a big favor (heavy sighs and eye rolls when they thought I wasn’t looking) , then had the nerve to try and charge me extra to fix the problem! Do NOT/NOT waste your time or money with these… people. They are consistently surly and incompetent and customer satisfaction is obviously FAR from their number one priority.
