If I could give negative stars I would! This place is terrible! First the contact number...no one answers ever! Tried 11 times and no one ever picked it up. Also they are not open on Sundays even though Sears says they are and their own page says so too! Drove 70 miles from WV to pick up part that Sears told me would be avail on this past Sunday. Got there, and the paper sign on store says Closed! If I didn't need the specific Sears part I wouldn't go through this hassle. I will think twice about ever buying from Sears again. Lousy parts service!
