There's a reason they are going out of business. Sears can sell you appliances, but their method of contracting for installation left a lot to be desired. They don't know how to bill for it, ended up writing up my order three times, resulting in a call from the credit card fraud line, and their installers were the least skilled workers I've ever seen. They installed a 240V line by putting it ON a shelf (that we had really planned on using to store pots), attaching it to the shelf through shelf paper (against code), and left about a 9 foot coil of wire on the shelf. When I demanded that they send someone competent to undo it, the guy was take aback that anyone could do something that dumb.
