Autism Awareness......that's all this is about.
Yesterday, the new prevalence of ASD diagnoses was released by the CDC. 1 in 50 school-age children are on the spectrum. How high does it have to be before we do something about it?
Sometimes you have to look online for, well, pretty much anything. That includes friends.
SCHOOL'S OUT!!!!!! Yup....by 12:35, most (if not all) Montgomery County Public Schools are dismissing their students for the summer. Excited?
After being told that our children were "severely autistic," we worried for their future. Early intervention works wonders!

I haven't been doing as much here as I had planned to promote awareness about autism this month. But April isn't over yet.
Today is World Autism Awareness Day...The day we try to be sure that everyone knows that we are facing a global epidemic. Today is when we try to make people understand.
