The city of Gaithersburg released the following news: Gaithersburg Police Foundation Fundraiser Set for May 14 The Gaithersburg Police Foundation will hold its 5th annual fundraising event at Dogfish Head Alehouse, located at 800 West Diamond Avenue in Gaithersburg, on Tuesday May 14, 2013 from 11:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. Dogfish Head Alehouse will donate 15 percent of that day’s proceeds to the Gaithersburg Police Foundation. The public is encouraged to drop by for a fun time, good food and an opportunity to meet the members of the Gaithersburg Police Department and the Gaithersburg Police Foundation, who will be on hand throughout the day. The city of Gaithersburg released the following news this week: All Aboard StoryTime Station at the Community Museum The city of Gaithersburg invites you and your child to enjoy monthly book readings during “StoryTime Station,” an enriching new program at the Gaithersburg Community Museum. The 45-minute readings, recommended for children ages 3 to 6, will take place on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Admission is $3 per child, adults and infants are free. The city of Gaithersburg released the following news over the last week: Spiegel Elected Vice President of Montgomery County Chapter of Maryland Municipal League Gaithersburg City Council Vice President Ryan Spiegel has been named Vice President of the Montgomery County Chapter of the Maryland Municipal League (MML).
