A 28-year-old Gaithersburg male is under investigation for a peeping tom incident on Labor Day in the Kentlands K-Mart.
While most families were celebrating the Labor Day holiday peacefully among friends, one Gaithersburg man may have been looking for more than a little company. Gaithersburg Police are investigating a peeping tom, reported at approximately 5:25 p.m. Monday at the Kentlands K-Mart. The 28-year-old Gaithersburg male "was using a video camera to inappropriately record women," according to Gaithersburg Police. Police confirmed one female victim, but say they believe there may have been more, Gaithersburg Sgt. Scott Scarff told Patch. Due to the nature of the investigation, Scarff said he could not identify the suspect, nor could he confirm the type of camera used by the suspect, where he was using it and how he was caught.

The figure now …
