Montgomery County police have arrested a suspect in connection with five armed robberies of Subway restaurants that have occurred in the Gaithersburg and Germantown areas since November. Police said Timothy Luke Howell, 24, of no fixed address, is charged with the following armed robberies : Police said investigators believed all the robberies were committed by the same suspect. "In all of these robberies the suspect entered a Subway restaurant in Germantown or Gaithersburg, displayed a handgun, and demanded cash from the register," police said in a statement.
