Germantown Man Charged With Sexual Assault After Armed Home Invasion

A Germantown man faces assault and sex offense charges stemming from reports of an armed home invasion in Frederick, MD. Perry Eugene Lee, 21, of the 13000 block of Ansel Terrace, is accused of breaking into a home and sexually assaulting a resident on Saturday, according to a press release issued by Frederick police. Lee was arrested in connection with reports of a disturbance—a group of males arguing, one with a gun in his waistband—at around 1 a.m. Saturday. Police said Lee matched the description of the man with the gun. Police claim Lee had a loaded firearm, crack and marijuana at the time of his arrest, The Frederick News-Post reports.
