Silver Spring Jazz Festival Where: Veterans Plaza, Silver Spring Civic Building, One Veterans Plaza, Silver Spring, MD. When: Saturday, Sept. 8, 3:30 to 9 p.m. Description: Montgomery County's celebration of America's great art form, featuring prominent local talent and internationally renowned headliners.
