Julie A. Elseroad, a life-long resident of Montgomery County, is a Sr. Gerontology Specialist with Visiting Angels, America’s Choice in Homecare.  Julie did her undergraduate work, in Behavioral Studies, at University of Maryland University College and her graduate work in Gerontology at McDaniel College.  She is in her ninth year at Visiting Angels.  She is a well-known speaker on Aging Issues. Ms. Elseroad is the author of monthly articles in local adult living communities’ publications. Ms. Elseroad was a former social activist, working with law enforcement and Montgomery County Public Schools on anti-violence initiatives.
