Police Investigating Weekend Death of Quince Orchard Student
Police: The cause of death is still under investigation.
Montgomery County police are investigating the death of a 15-year-old Gaithersburg boy, Montgomery County police Capt. Jim Daly said.
Daniel M. Sales was found dead around 9:30 a.m. Saturday in a home in the 15300 block of Masonwood Drive in Gaithersburg, Daly said.
Daly said he could not comment on the cause or manner of Sales' death because "the investigation is still ongoing."
Montgomery County Public Schools spokesperson Gboyinde Onijala said Sales was a rising sophomore at Quince Orchard High School. QO principal Carole Working was unavailable Tuesdayfor comment, Onijala said.
