I find it amazing that when it happens there is never a cop around. Our newer residents have the attitude that the roads are for their lingering and sauntering and not for cars.

roads are for motor vehicles... pedestrians/bikes should act accordingly... drivers cant seriously…Read More be expected to be responsible for every possible irrational move from people from all kinds of weird directions .. and.. pay attention to normal driving situations to... enough already! who came up with this d.c. like attitude ? that people can just walk out in the path of on coming traffic,no matter what traffic signals are showing... silly!
