"Meet and Greet" with Incoming Superintendent

The Board of Education invites you to two community events to meet the incoming superintendent of schools, Dr. Joshua P. Starr. The ommunity will  have the opportunity to meet Dr. Starr and get to know him before he takes the helm of Montgomery County Public Schools on July 1, 2011.

The two community “meet and greet” events will be on Tuesday, June 14, and Wednesday, June 15.  The meet and greet events will be held:

Tuesday, June 14, 2011, 7 p.m.-8:30 p.m., in the cafeteria of Richard Montgomery High School, 250 Richard Montgomery Drive, Rockville.

Wednesday, June 15, 2011, 7 p.m.-8:30 p.m., in the Student Activity Center of Montgomery Blair High School, 51 University Blvd. East, Silver Spring. 

Activities for children will be provided.  Interpreters for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, French, and Amharic will be present.  For sign language interpretation, call 301-517-5539/5582 (Voice/TTY) in advance.
