Six degrees of separation refers to the idea that everyone is at most six steps away from, or connected to, any other person on Earth.

This is not a history book.  Nor is it a political one.  Six Degrees is a humanistic version of the Vietnam War, and what all of the engaged, including both soldier and Vietnamese civilian, encountered from 1961 until 1975.
