Monster Mini Golf Coming to Gaithersburg

Indoor golf facility expected to pen this fall off Gaither Road.

Rotating windmills? Meh.

Monsters are what mini golf worth the swing, at least that's what the folks at Monster Mini Golf are hoping to bring to Gaithersburg.

Monster Mini Golf—with its glow-in-the-dark equipment, monster theme and live DJ music—is planning to open an indoor miniature golf course in Gaithersburg this fall, The Washington Business Journal reports.

The new course will be at 9116 Gaither Road, off Shady Grove Road, according to Monster Mini Golf’s website for Gaithersburg.

The company has been soliciting for part-time and full-time workers on Craigslist —a post for a part-time “mad scientist” piques our interest—and, for months, has been trying to build buzz about the Gaithersburg opening on its Facebook fan page.
