Patch Picks: Football Zone

"Some people think football is a matter of life and death. I assure you, it's much more serious than that." - Bill Shankly

I took a ride this morning to Olney and I traveled down Olney-Laytonsville Road and it was so picturesque. The colors were so vibrant & then I spotted this one particular tree on Fieldcrest Road. This one lonely tree was so peculiar shaped and had bright, bright green foliage with this one “Patch” towards the top with the most blood-red leaves I have ever seen, it was gorgeous. Its things like this where I draw my inspiration from.

So my question is…..

To you, what best represents Fall: _________________??

The Washington Redskins and the Baltimore Ravens are both 3-1. And both lead their respective divisions. Yep, I said it, the Redskins are currently the No. 1 NFC East team (followed closely by the 3-1 New York Giants…c’mon I had to plug my team).

With that said, here are our “Patch” picks on local spots to watch the Redskins, Ravens, Maryland, any college or National Football League game in the area.
