25. Report: Crown Farm Site Sold for $28M (July 18, 2012) -- A 20-acre section of Gaithersburg's Crown Farm has been sold for $28 million to developers JBG Rosenfeld Retail and the Bozzuto Group.

24.  (Nov. 26, 2012) -- Plain clothes officers from Gaithersburg and Montgomery County police departments arrested 13 people during a two day "Holiday Safety" intitative at Lakeforest Mall.
