P1 Beat:

  • No significant activity.

 

P2 Beat:

  • The attempted armed robbery that occurred on Wednesday 2/1 around 3 pm at West Diamond Avenue and Water Street in Gaithersburg involved known parties. 

Arrested: Male, age 17, from Gaithersburg

  • An attempted burglary occurred in the unit block of Goodport Lane in Gaithersburg sometime between Tuesday 1/31 and Thursday 2/2.  Attempted forced entry; nothing taken.

 

R1 Beat:

  • A strong-arm robbery occurred on Saturday 2/4 around 10:30 pm in the Bloom parking lot at 883 Russell Avenue in Gaithersburg.  The suspects assaulted the victim and obtained property.

Four suspects: 6/Ms, 18-20 years, one with long curly hair

  • An aggravated assault occurred in the 400 block of Christopher Avenue in Gaithersburg on Sunday 2/5 around 3:45 pm.  Additional details are not available at this time.
  • A commercial burglary occurred at Armand’s Pizza, 18208 Contour Road in Gaithersburg on Thursday 2/2 around 3 am.  Forced entry; nothing taken.

  • No significant activity.

 

S1 Beat:

  • No significant events occurred in this beat.

 

S2 Beat:

  • An aggravated assault occurred in the parking lot of the B&B Beer and Wine, 8403 Snouffer School Road in Gaithersburg, on Sunday 2/5 around 7:30 pm.  The suspect assaulted the victim with a weapon, then fled.
  • A burglary occurred in the 8200 block of Streamside Drive in Gaithersburg on Tuesday 1/31 between 7:30 am and 12:45 pm.  Forced entry; property taken.
  • A second burglary occurred in the 8200 block of Streamside Drive in Gaithersburg on Tuesday 1/31 between 7:30 am and 12:45 pm.  Forced entry; property taken.
  • A residential burglary occurred in the 8400 block of St. Regis Way in Gaithersburg on Saturday 2/4 just after 3 pm.  Forced entry; nothing taken.
