Gaithersburg Man Charged In Fatal Virginia Crash

A Gaithersburg man has been charged with reckless driving for a crash that killed one person on I-95 in Virginia, according to The Gazette.

A Gaithersburg man has been charged with reckless driving for his part in a Tuesday morning crash that killed one man and injured two others on I-95 south in Virginia, according to a report by The Gazette.

Job J. Diaz-Lemus, 29, was driving a 2006 Ford E350 Econoline van owned by Gaithersburg's Selective Demolition and Hauling.

The van was carrying nine passengers that police say hit the guardrail and overturned twice before coming to a stop on its side at 4:31 a.m., according to the report.

The man who was killed and the two who were injured were thrown from the vehicle and "a woman who answered the phone at Selective Demolition and Hauling said the company had no comment on the crash," according to the report.
