Mayor Katz To Make 'State of the City' Address In April

Mayor Sidney Katz and members of the City Council will host the annual State of the City address on Thursday, April 11.

Curious about the state of affairs in the city of Gaithersburg? Mayor Sidney A. Katz is prepared to inform the community of the city's current status during his April 11 "State of the City" address.

Katz and members of the City Council will host the annual event from 6:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. at the Rosborough Center on the grounds of Asbury Methodist Village, according to a city news release.

During the address, Katz will highlight accomplishments from the past year and outline challenges and opportunities facing Gaithersburg in the months and years to come, according to the city.

Should space be available after invited guests have submitted their reservations, the event will be opened to the public on a first come, first served basis.
