Report: State Finds Bars Not Liable for Patrons’ Crashes In Dogfish Head Alehouse Case

The court ruled that Dogfish Head Alehouse is not liable for the death of a 10-year-old girl caused by one of its patrons, The Washington Post reported.

The grandparents of the 10-year-old girl sued the Gaithersburg bar that served the driver 21 drinks, despite being clearly intoxicated.
