Gaithersburg Mayor Sidney A. Katz will deliver the "State of the City" address Thursday evening at the Rosborough Center on the grounds of Asbury Methodist Village.
Katz's speech highlights many of the city's accomplishments over the last year. Here's a small sample of what you can expect him to touch on:
