The unique Turbo Kick movement patterns, combinations and techniques work together to give the ultimate cardiovascular workout. Each full body workout consists of a sport specific warm up, higher paced intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a mind/body like cool down designed to maximize results and have fun at the same time! Turbo Kick allows participants of any fitness level to participate and custom tailor their workouts. Shoes that are appropriate for movement are required for this class.
